Salam and haiiii!
Everyday is a new day, new experience, new me!
Alhamdulillah, still surviving till today.
anyway, I'm already 21 years old.
no more teens, no more in between teens & adult.
okay, I'm an adult, but, I'm not.
hahahahahha.
some of my friends says, probably I'm changing a bit.
it's actually a little bit more matured.
even my face tells it.
yeah, day by day, my face shows it.
It doesn't shows "budak2" face anymore
if I look back the first day I'm in UTP, well you can obviously tell the difference!
even abg technician pun ckp, "piko dulu muka mcm budak2. tak matured"
HAHAHAHAH.
okay, I admit that I'm a little old.
yeah, but whatever.
we can't stop the time, instead, just live with the flow.
Whatever it is, I'm happy with my life.
3rd Year 2nd Semester.
well, long time no blogging.
ahaaaaa because I was so so so so busy this semester.
This semester is super duper hectic for me.
In fact, it is also hectic to my coursemates, batchmates.
It takes a plenty of time for me to adapt with this semester.
I must say, it would probably one of my hardest semester.
when you're comfortable with one lecturer, here comes another lecturer.
and you need to adapt back to the new lecturer.
and yeah, it was very hard for me.
I sometimes need help, yes! I need help!
but, Alhamdulillah, still surviving till today (week 12)
This semester give me a lot of pressure, where I need to manage it well.
well, last semester before going for internship.
#RoadToInternship
Earlier this semester,I emailed to the company.
I just emailed to all company that is related to what I'm learning now.
At first, I received 1 offer only, Company U, they want an intern there.
then, come with Company H.
I turn down the first offer because I want to go to Company H.
then, I received an email from Company C. but, they said they want to interview me.
So, I said okay.
Normally, this company only interview through phone calls and even several of my classmates did the phone interview.
But, in my case, I need to go to that company in KL.
and thankfully, the day I went for interview, I don't have classes because of Deepavali.
The lecturer cancelled all class that week.
Let me share to you about my interview :
They ask me to prepare 1 power point slide to present it to them.
Well, I chose seismic project which is done last semester since it was still 'fresh' in my mind.
and I need to revise back all my notes from 1st year!
OMG!
well, since I already knew from my friends who had their phone interview, the company ask many questions which are related to the studies.
At 10am, I'm at Intermark.
first time being there. It was a huge building & also high-tech building.
1st time seeing that high-tech elevator.
going up to level 24.
uuuuu tingginyaaaa!
There, I met with the HR who emailed me for the interview.
She said, there will be 2 session of interview which are Structural interview & project presentation
1st interview session,
it last a lot longer than I thought.
and I survived!
there were 2 interviewers.
okay, this is what I've been taken from 1st year to 3rd year.
I do expect that there will be questions from seismic because the company is doing all about seismic.
and yeah, they do ask.
about seismic, seismic gathers, AVO, well log tools, what its function, how to correlate between data n blaaaa.....blaaaaa.....
okay, I do excpect that!
that was okay, I think.
but, suddenly, they started to ask about mathematical-related question.
they ask about Vector, ODE, Statistics.
waktu tu, otak jam dahh tp, jawab je lah.
klau taktau, jawab je taktau.
what kind of situation that can relate with ODE?
how can you do the statistics to well & seismic data.
and I was like.......
ohhhhhh NOOO!
seriously, I'm so blank and I don't know.
that was the hardest part.
2nd interview session:
another 2 interviewers.
fuhh fuhhh!
this time is project presentation which I think it was smooth.
Alhamdulillah.
in this session, I can laugh with the interviewers and talk to them in comfortable way.
It only take about 30 minutes in this session.
this interview last about 1 and half hours. and I survived.
I was so stress during 1st session because this is my 1st internship interview.
it was totally different from interview during enrolling UTP and scholarship.
it was a new experience for me.
and it was very valuable. I don't regret even a bit of it.
If anyone of you are called for interview, just go!
you never know what kind of experience that you will get.
and, it is so important to have hobby or something that you like to do.
during both session, they ask about what is my hobby, what kind of sports do you like to do.
hobby :
for me, I do like arts & craft (specifically card making)
I do like things like that since I was little.
I like cards that are pretty & nice.
I like to try new things and think about what kind of ideas that I want to do.
Every year, I never miss to give papa & umi a birthday card.
It doesn't have to take so much money, just a little bit of my time to make a card.
and I'm so happy because they are happy & every year, they always wait for it.
and it was way much valuable when you make it on your own with your own effort.
sports :
I do love kayak.
thanks to those who support me to try kayaking.
I never knew it would be so good!
Actually, since secondary school, I wanted to try kayak but, I never had the chance.
because my friend is one of kayakers and represent Pahang during the school days.
well, first time trying when I took kayak as my co-q.
I had fun kayaking in UTP lake.
and I also never knew that I had a chance to kayak around Pangkor Island.
this time is when Outward Bound School which was I need to go earlier this year.
That was one of my best experience in life!
I never thought that I have to kayak about 32km for 8 hours straight!
and, it really turn out well when I represent PG students for kayak double with trex.
and we started to enter kayak tournament.
recently, we won 2nd place for kayak double.
well, it was so recommended to all to kayak.
it was fun tho...
after waiting for the result, I didn't managed to get placement in Company C.
But, the interview was one of valuable experience.
it feels that your brain suddenly all working.
and Alhamdulillah, I finally managed to have my internship placement in Company H.
Thank you Allah for ease my search.
Less Than A Month Before Finals
a few weeks left before finals.
so busy.
need to submit plenty of lab reports, project, assignments.
not to forget about tests, quizzes and also replacement classes.
but, well, look on brighter side, be strong and manage the time well. Cause you can!
because last semester was the most emotional semester for me.
This semester, I try to control all my emotions & feelings.
Not to bother much about surroundings.
Instead, think more about own needs, own feelings.
well, who else wants to look after your feeling instead of yourself?
People hurt you, you cover back the wounds yourself.
and please don't lie to others.
once you start to lie, you'll end up lying and afraid to face others.
although it might be so painful, end up, it's better to confess.
and, accept what have you done.
people only be angry for a while, not for a whole life because people won't have the time to do that.
Start be truthful towards others.
Ask yourself back, do you value the friendship you have? or it's just taking advantage of others?
Be considerate.
respect other feelings as well.
The Journey
#Jogjakarta
Earlier this semester, I went to Jogjakarta!
well, it was so nice experience to go there with your friends.
make memories, make new friends, travelling to new places, see the beautiful nature.
It was one of memorable experience.
and we also enjoy it with the students from Gadjah Mada University who assists us.
They are very friendly and I'm hoping that we will meet again someday.

nowadays, it's hard to find one since the economy is not good.

Our friend from UGM, jogja came to Malaysia.
since he have conference in Singapore.
he stopped by Malaysia before return to Jogja.

I'm actually keeping my heart for someone special.
In which is not found yet.

I'm still trying to change myself to be a better person.

well, I'm trying to be better than before.
I'm thankful that I got very supportive family and friends who always remind me about that.
